Personalised items are non-refundable, even if you make a mistake, so please triple check everything is perfect before placing your order!

To return your order please email Jordan@pethstore.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for return.

Once our warehouse has processed your returned item, the refund will be issued to the payment method you originally used. You'll be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Be aware that it may take between 3 to 5 working days for the refunded amount to show up in your account. If you encounter any problems with the refund, please reach out to your bank for assistance.

If you're interested in exchanging your items for a different color or size, we recommend placing a new order for the desired items and sending back the ones you no longer want for a full refund.

Before finalizing your order, please ensure you are satisfied with your selections, as the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
